The Humane Society of Charles County presents Top Dog 2022 with entertainment by the Fabulous Hubcaps. This annual event is our largest fundraiser of the year and a southern Maryland favorite. Activities include dinner, dancing to music from the Fabulous Hubcaps, a Silent Auction & Raffle. It will be held at the Jaycees Waldorf.
